THE GREAT TEXAS SOLAR ECLIPSE - APRIL 8, 2024
On Monday April 8th, 2024, residents of the USA will be able to view a total solar eclipse (similar to the one that occurred in 2017). This time, the track of the eclipse goes diagonally across Texas beginning in the Rio Grande valley and ending in the northeast corner of the state (then proceeding towards the northeastern states).

This amazing Total Solar Eclipse will be visible to everyone in Bulldog Country! The last time there was a solar eclipse in this region was back on July 29, 1878 (68 years before Navarro College was founded!). The next solar eclipse for Bulldog Country will be on November 15, 2077 so you don't want to miss this one in 2024!
